1. What service do you provide?
We offer you the easiest way of
full-service procurement of electronic components. We help OEM's,
contract manufacturers, engineers and component manufacturers all over
the world with their requirements of new, obsolete, discontinued, hard
to find and military parts. We are able to deliver within days.
2. Do you have a minimum order size?
For new buyers we have a minimum order
size of $ 250 per line item on most components. If you are new to Space
Coast IC, Inc. and have any questions about our minimum order size, feel
free to contact us.
3. Is there a fee for requesting a quote?
We don't charge you for requesting a
quote. When an order is placed, the buyer pays the cost of the parts and
delivery.
4. Why do you require my phone and fax information?
We require your phone and fax
information, because we may need to contact you regarding your request
for quote or order. Quotes are delivered by email and fax, unless your
preferences are set otherwise. Therefore, we require your fax number.
5. How do I contact Space Coast IC, Inc. if I have a question, comment or problem?

6. What languages do your traders speak?
Our traders have language skills in
English, Spanish, French, German and Chinese. If you have a language
preferences, please provide it to us in your request for quote.

To submit a RFQ (Request For Quote),

8. How does Space Coast IC, Inc. assure the quality of the parts?
Buyers have 30 business days to inspect
and test the parts and return them if they are defective.
9. Does Space Coast IC, Inc. perform quality inspections on parts?
Space Coast IC, Inc. inspects all parts
when they enter our facility. Issues that may arise during the quality
control process are resolved prior to shipments to the buyer.
10. Is there a warranty for parts?
Space Coast IC, Inc. has a 30 day form,
fit, and function warranty on all parts.
11. Do you accept credit cards?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover. All credit card transactions are pre-approved
before an order is shipped to ensure that the credit card is valid and
within spending limits.
12. What payment terms to you offer?
We offer Collect on Delivery (COD),
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American, Discover), Wire transfer, Net
payment terms. Net terms are negotiated before an order is placed.
